Michael Pedersen Friis

Michael Pedersen Friis served as the Prime Minister of Denmark from 5 April to 5 May 1920. The government he led was known as the Cabinet of M.P. Friis. He was also the former minister of justice. He was a reformer of the Danish legal system.

In his place came Otto Liebe, who resigned 5 days later. Pedersen Friis served as head of a caretaker cabinet and was responsible for the running of Denmark until elections could be held.

Between 2009 and 2017 a neoliberal framework was replaced with a resource nationalist framework, which retained the principle that natural resources belong to the people.
